Pre-School Chair Makeover
I have been lucky enough to be able to buy the chairs that Taylor used to sit on at Pre-School. I have given one of the chairs a makeover. Photos here of before and after. They are just gorgeous chairs and I am going to have so much fun making them over for a new generation of children to sit on. I shall have this one in Blake & Taylor sometime this week for sale. These lovely chairs are dated around the 1960's.

Halloween
Had a great night last Saturday - 'Halloween' at Robert and Leslie's house. Ranae did a great job, as always with the food, super strong alcoholic jelly shots and the games. Robert was the master at the cocktails - the mango daquaris were the best!! We had fun dressing up for the night.

Found some gorgeous 'Lotus' Brand night dresses last week at an estate sale. These beautiful pieces have never been worn and are from the 1950's. Made from the best of fabrics ~ Swiss Cotton ~ Pure Wool ~ Viyella. They have an embroidery, lace insertions and all are hand finished. They are a must to see. Just exquisite. I shall have them on show and for sale in my store from Wednesday 28/10/09.
